As reported by BGR, with this feature, users can block channels that they don't want to see from the list of recommendations.
The reason Youtube presents this feature is because, no matter how sophisticated the algorithm is built by the Youtube team. Youtube also admitted, not all recommendations were given on target and liked by users.
There are videos that are not compatible with the user's interests.
Before this feature exists, users only have the option of deleting videos by selecting "not interested" (not interested).
For this reason, Youtube is a new feature, so users can filter which video recommendations they want and which ones don't. With this feature, users can block channels that they don't want to see from the list of recommendations.
To use the user, you can click on the third point in the right corner of the video thumbnail, then select "don't recommend channel" (don't recommend this channel).
Youtube rolled out this feature in the mobile version for the Android and iOS platforms, which can now be used. The desktop version is likely to follow soon.
